Laser Blanking
A modern method of non-contact cutting of coil sheets that replaces traditional pressing. It provides greater precision, flexibility and cost savings.
What Is Laser Blanking
Laser blanking is a modern technology used primarily in the automotive and metalworking industries for cutting out (dividing) shapes from large coils using a laser beam—meaning without physical contact with the material, unlike classic mechanical cutting (e.g. pressing).
Benefits of Laser Blanking
Thanks to the new line, we will be able to offer a wide portfolio of visual and non-visual parts made from steel and aluminium sheet, produced with maximum precision. This investment will enable us not only to increase production flexibility and efficiency, but also to optimise costs and enhance our environmentally friendly approach.
