ACQUISITION OF ROKYCANY METALLURGICAL PLANTS, JUNE 2010

In June 2010 our company purchase a business share in the joint-stock company Kovohutě Rokycany, a.s..
[Rokycany Metallurgical Plants], one of the leading suppliers of products of non-ferrous metals, including but not limited to copper and nickel alloys and bronze products.
Following the necessary investment we plan extension of manufacture to this area. The company will be able to quickly respond to market needs.
We will also continue to cooperate with research institutes in this area.
